Psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric follow up care, medication management, counseling, and referral to specialized psychotherapies.
Information about medical and psychiatric histories, demographics, payment information, insurance, consents, will be collected for the practice to deliver mental health services to clients.
Client will be sent an email link with instructions on how to sign up to the patient portal. Once access to the patient portal is granted, the client will be able to update information, upload documents, electronically review and sign consent forms, and email the provider.
Visits are conducted via a secure telehealth platform, either Doxy.me or Psychology Today. The visit link will be sent either by text or email.
The practice will bill your health insurance as a courtesy. The client, however, is ultimately responsible for fees not covered by your insurance. The practice accepts debit cards, credit cards, and Venmo.
