Psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric follow up care, medication management, and counseling. 

Information about demographics, payment information, insurance, concerns are collected during intake process which may take 15-20 minutes. 

Visit is conducted through a secure telehealth platform. Client will be sent an email link with instructions on how to sign up to the drchrono patient portal. Once access to patient portal is granted, client will be able to update information, answer prior visit questions, electronically review and sign consent forms, email provider, and engage in a telehealth visit. 

Practice accepts debit card and credit card. Site will be updated when practice is able to accept insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare.
